ArtPlay Inclement Weather Policy
In the event that a class needs to be postponed due to inclement weather conditions, a full credit will be issued. This credit may be applied to the rescheduled date of the class.
Class postponement due to inclement weather will be determined by 6 pm the day before the class date, if roads are predicted to be generally unsafe in our area.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled class, the credit may instead be used toward a different future class. You will be notified via email if a class does get postponed no later than the evening prior to the class date. This notification will include confirmation of your full credit, along with details regarding the new class date and time.
ArtPlay Class Cancellation Policy
Class purchases are not refundable. However, in the event that you are not able to attend an event for which you registered, we are happy to extend a credit for the amount paid, given at least 48 hours advance notice. NOTE: IN ORDER TO RECEIVE CREDIT, YOU WOULD NEED TO CONTACT ARTPLAY DIRECTLY. This credit may be used toward a future class or any retail purchase (art works or art supplies) at ArtPlay within one year from the date of purchase. Class credits are not transferable. Please email us here at least 48 hours ahead of time, if you would like a credit issued for a class you cannot attend.
